What is chunkx?

chunkx is an AI-supported microlearning platform for companies. It automatically creates and distributes personalized learning units based on the goals, skills and previous learning outcomes of each user. As learners receive their own individual content, their feedback can also be implemented directly. In the background, subject matter experts, HR and Learning & Development employees receive the tools to upload PDFs and other files as context for the AI, give instructions to the AI and run evaluations.

How does chunkx work?

chunkx uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to automatically create learning content.
Companies can upload their own documents, training materials and guidelines.
The AI analyses this content, combines it with general knowledge and creates personalized courses with learning units, quizzes, explanations and interactive chats.

chunkx is aimed at companies that want to efficiently qualify their employees – especially in regulated sectors such as insurance, industry, telecommunications or public administration.

What distinguishes chunkx from other learning platforms and eLearning providers?

chunkx creates courses individually for each person and learns continuously. There are no more static courses. With chunkx, learning needs can be met immediately using the trained knowledge of the AI. Uploaded customer documents provide additional context about internal knowledge within the company. Providing a new topic via chunkx is child’s play for experts: drag & drop the PowerPoint presentation, give the AI a few instructions if necessary, and off you go.

What distinguishes chunkx from ChatGPT or internal company GPTs?

chunkx gives managers the control they need to push knowledge into the organization and not just rely on learners starting a chat. chunkx can also be used to create comprehensive learning plans. Progress is tracked automatically and data protection-compliant evaluations can be run.

What didactic principles does chunkx use?

chunkx is based on evidence-based learning research. It uses methods such as microlearning, spaced repetition, certainty-based marking, formative assessments and continuous feedback. This consolidates knowledge in the long term and makes learning progress measurable.

What AI technology does chunkx use?

chunkx uses LLMs such as GPT, Claude or Gemini, depending on the purpose.
A retrieval augmented generation approach ensures that answers and learning content access up-to-date, verified company data.
The models are not trained with customer data and are all hosted in the EU.

How does chunkx integrate into existing systems?

chunkx can be operated independently or integrated into existing learning and communication systems, for example via Microsoft Teams, email, learning management systems (LMS) or HR platforms.
It supports SSO standards such as SAML 2.0 and OIDC (e.g. via Microsoft Entra ID).

How is data protection guaranteed?

chunkx meets the requirements of the GDPR.
Customer data is processed and stored exclusively in the EU.
There is a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and clearly defined retention and deletion guidelines.

How can I introduce microlearning with AI in my company?

The introduction usually takes place step by step. The following procedure has been established:
1. Identification and focus topics, such as the EU AI Act or specific product training courses. For this purpose, internal company data is uploaded to chunkx via drag & drop and automatically vectorized.
2. embedding the login page for chunkx directly in the LMS / LXP, in the first step without single sign-on in order to keep the internal coordination effort low.
3. communication to the participating target groups with a link to the registration page.
4. gradual expansion for other teams and divisions.

What does hyper-personalization mean in corporate learning?

In corporate learning, hyper-personalization means that learning content is created for the individual person. This means that there are no longer any static courses that everyone has to go through to the same extent. There is now only a framework within which AI is allowed to move in the learning process with the employee. These boundaries can sometimes be very broad and loose, but sometimes also very narrow and specific, e.g. for regulatory topics such as compliance or security.
The major advantages of hyper-personalization in corporate learning are that companies have significantly less effort, as it is easier to define the above-mentioned framework than to create a ready-made course. In addition, individual learners receive content that is optimally tailored to them and their requirements. In addition, they can provide feedback and thus further optimize the learning content for themselves.
Language is no longer a problem either, as content can be created and played out in almost any language at any time.
In summary, hyper-personalization in corporate learning means better performance in less time and at lower cost.
